How I work now
I am not looking for a classic senior developer role centred on manual code production. My leverage is designing AI-directed delivery systems: turning product intent into structured specs, decomposing work for agents, building verification loops, and validating shipped outcomes. My core principle: AI failures are spec gaps, not agent shortcomings. I improve delivery by encoding failure modes structurally — through tests, review agents, audit tools, hooks, durable state, and source-cited knowledge.

Available for AI-native engineering roles, advisory engagements, and team workshops on context engineering and AI-directed delivery. The workflow is usually the unfamiliar part — happy to walk through it.
