How I work now
I am not looking for a classic senior developer role centred on manual code production. My leverage is designing AI-directed delivery systems: turning product intent into structured specs, decomposing work for agents, building verification loops, and validating shipped outcomes. My core principle: AI failures are spec gaps, not agent shortcomings. I improve delivery by encoding failure modes structurally — through tests, review agents, audit tools, hooks, durable state, and source-cited knowledge.
Current work
- Education CRM — multi-tenant course management and lead-operations system for a Polish education client. In daily production use. CQRS, event-driven, GDPR-aware workflows, multi-tenant ready for additional clients. Stack: PHP 8.4, Symfony 7.4 LTS, PostgreSQL 16, Redis 7, Playwright. Test audit as of 2026-04-27: 4,190 tests (2,674 unit, 459 integration, 699 functional, 201 smoke, 157 E2E) plus PHPStan level 8 — full audit suite runs in ~7 minutes.
- ProfitOfExile — public-source Path of Exile lab-farming tool. Built as a side project in roughly two weeks across Go / SvelteKit / Tauri (Rust) / TimescaleDB; ~72k source LOC. Adopted by the broader community after creator coverage. Validates the workflow across stacks where I had no prior production background, at a pace I couldn't have hit by hand. profitofexile.top.
- Pipeforge — personal Claude Code orchestration plugin and PostgreSQL MCP backend. 31 commands, 28 SKILL.md files, 20 agents, 11 pipeline templates, 64 MCP tools, 31 Postgres tables, plus ~42 Knowledge-Base entries about Pipeforge itself. Walkthrough at /pipeforge.
Public proof & community
- Anthropic Claude Code tracker — public reproducible investigation isolating a compact-vs-clear instruction-override asymmetry in SessionStart hook behavior: github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/6354.
- Open-source contributions —
poe-vendor-stringPR adding prefix/suffix indicators and first tests to the repo;superpowersPR proposing smart question batching with empiricalAskUserQuestionreduction. - Speaking — rg-dev Meetup, 27.05.2026 (scheduled), AI-native workflow / migration audit talk; Xebia Internal Conference, Nov 2023, GitHub Actions & Continuous Delivery on Shared Hosting.
Looking for
AI-native Product Engineer / Context Engineer roles at AI-forward teams. Also open to consulting and workshop conversations on context engineering and AI-directed delivery. In the conversations I've had so far, the workflow is usually the unfamiliar part — happy to walk through it.
